Check your Settings, Windows Update to see if your PC is compatible for the upgrade. 

You will need approximately 60gb of storage to perform a successful upgrade to Windows 11. 

If your PC is not compatible you will need to think about purchasing a new one, or if you do not have adequate storage, you can look at upgrading your hard drive.

If you use Outlook for emails and are currently using Classic Outlook, you may not like the New Outlook which comes with Windows 11.
